Shipping policy

Pockuno currently ships to addresses in the United States. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Current rates are Standard shipping for $8, free Standard shipping on orders of $100 or more, and Express shipping for $15. Carrier transit estimates are 3–5 business days for Standard and 1–2 business days for Express, beginning after the carrier receives the parcel. These estimates do not include order processing or guarantee a delivery date.

Preorders: Items marked “Pre-order” are not currently in stock. Estimated dispatch is 2–3 weeks after your order is placed. Carrier transit time is additional. Express shipping speeds up transit after dispatch and does not shorten preorder production or processing. Full payment is collected at checkout.

Any known processing estimate or delay will be shown before purchase. If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, we will notify you of the revised timing and explain the available cancellation and refund options.

Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed. For a parcel that appears lost, damaged, or delayed, contact pockunoproducts@gmail.com and include your order number.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
