Refund policy

Change-of-mind returns
Don't like it? Send it back within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags attached. Please email pockunoproducts@gmail.com with your order number before mailing anything. We will send you return instructions and a free prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is on us, and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we refund the full amount you paid for the returned items to your original payment method. If you return your whole order, we also refund the original shipping charge. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. Sale items follow the same return conditions unless a different restriction is clearly stated before purchase and permitted by law. Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase. A written copy of this policy is available on request.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items
Please contact pockunoproducts@gmail.com promptly, ideally within 14 days after delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover return shipping when a return is needed. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Exchanges and cancellations
Contact us before returning an item if you would like help with an exchange. Exchanges depend on available stock. You may ask to cancel an order before it is fulfilled; contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
